As a youngster I was raised in a home where everything was home baked, no store bought biscuits or cakes in our pantry. I grew up helping my nana and grandma in the kitchen, it started with the traditional jam drops, then I graduated to scones and cakes... and the rest they say is history.
I have great initials and decided they are a perfect fit for the name of my blog as it is truly describes how I prepare food for my family and friends ... with lots of TLC...
I love creating new dishes that are easy to make and are a real treat for your tastebuds so stay tuned as I embrace this new technology and progress from the 'L' plates ...
